Your LinkInList subscription is designed to flex with your outreach needs — you can add or remove LinkedIn accounts, switch billing plans, update payment details, and cancel all from one place. Everything related to your subscription lives under Settings → Billing in your dashboard.
Billing is based solely on the number of LinkedIn accounts you connect. Channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, and Email are included in every plan and do not affect your account count or monthly invoice.

Viewing Your Current Plan and Billing Details

To see your active plan, next billing date, number of connected accounts, and payment history, navigate to Settings → Billing. This page shows:
  • Your current billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • The number of LinkedIn accounts on your plan
  • Your next invoice amount and due date
  • A link to the Stripe customer portal for payment management and invoice downloads

Adding LinkedIn Accounts

When you connect a new LinkedIn account, your billing adjusts automatically. The new account is charged on a pro-rated basis for the remaining days in your current billing period, so you pay only for the time the account is active. All channels — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, Email, and LinkedIn — become immediately available on the new account.
1

Go to Settings → LinkedIn Accounts

Open your dashboard and navigate to the LinkedIn Accounts section in Settings.
2

Click Add Account

Select Add LinkedIn Account and follow the connection flow for your new account.
3

Review the pro-rated charge

LinkInList displays the pro-rated amount due for the remainder of your billing period before confirming.
4

Confirm and connect

Confirm the addition. Your new account is immediately active and billed accordingly.

Removing LinkedIn Accounts

You can disconnect a LinkedIn account at any time. Billing for that account stops at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the account within LinkInList until the period closes.
Removing an account does not trigger a partial refund for the current billing period. The account remains usable until your cycle ends.
To remove an account, go to Settings → LinkedIn Accounts, click the options menu next to the account you want to remove, and select Disconnect Account.

Switching Between Monthly and Annual Billing

You can switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) from Settings → Billing.
  • Monthly → Annual: The switch takes effect at your next billing date. You’ll be charged the annual rate for all connected accounts going forward and save approximately 20%.
  • Annual → Monthly: The switch takes effect when your current annual period expires. You’ll move to monthly billing at the standard $99/account/month rate.
Switch to annual billing to save 20% if you’re planning to use LinkInList long-term. At scale, the savings add up quickly — ten accounts saves you nearly $2,400 per year.

Updating Your Payment Method

LinkInList uses Stripe to process all payments. To update your credit or debit card:
1

Open Settings → Billing

Navigate to the Billing section in your account settings.
2

Click Manage Subscription

This opens the Dodo customer portal in a new tab.
3

Select Payment Methods

In the Dodo portal, click Payment Methods and add or replace your card details.
4

Save your changes

Stripe saves your updated payment method immediately. Your next invoice will be charged to the new card.
LinkInList never stores your card details. All payment information is held securely within Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Downloading Invoices and Receipts

All invoices and receipts are available through the Stripe customer portal.
1

Go to Settings → Billing

Open the Billing page in your dashboard.
2

Click Manage Subscription

This opens the Dodo customer portal.
3

Navigate to Billing History

In the portal, select Billing History to view and download all past invoices as PDFs.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your LinkInList subscription at any time — no cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through.
Cancelling your plan stops new campaigns from launching once your billing period ends, but does not immediately pause active campaigns. If you want to stop outreach right away, manually pause all active campaigns before cancelling.
1

Go to Settings → Billing

Open the Billing section in your account settings.
2

Click Manage Subscription

Select the Manage Subscription button to open your billing options.
3

Select Cancel Plan

Choose Cancel Plan from the available options.
4

Confirm cancellation

Review the cancellation summary and confirm. You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation.
5

Continue using LinkInList until period end

Your access remains fully active — including all channels — until the end of your current billing period. No features are restricted.
6

Data retention and deletion

After your billing period ends, your account data — including contacts, campaigns, and messages across all channels — is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Export any data you need before this window closes.
LinkInList notifies you of any significant pricing changes at least 30 days in advance, so you always have time to decide whether to continue before new rates take effect.

Reactivating a Cancelled Account

If you cancelled your subscription and want to come back, you can reactivate your account before your data deletion window closes (within 30 days of your billing period ending).
1

Log back into your account

Sign in at auth.linkinlist.com using your existing credentials.
2

Go to Settings → Billing

Navigate to the Billing page, where you’ll see a prompt to reactivate your plan.
3

Select your plan

Choose monthly or annual billing and confirm your payment method.
4

Resume your campaigns

Your account, contacts, and campaign history across all channels are restored. Re-enable any campaigns you want to resume.
If 30 days have passed since your billing period ended and your data has already been deleted, you’ll need to start fresh with a new account. Contact support if you’re unsure of your data status.
