LinkInList is an all-in-one AI sales and marketing agent that automates outreach across WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Email from a single platform. At its core is an AI personalization engine that researches each prospect and generates unique, relevant messages based on their recent activity, company news, mutual connections, and role-specific context — so you get the quality of hand-crafted outreach at the scale of automated sequences, on every channel.LinkInList also includes:
  • Multi-channel campaign management across LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads
  • Multi-account management with dedicated residential proxies and auto warm-up for LinkedIn accounts
  • A Unified Inbox where you can manage replies across all accounts and channels, with AI-drafted reply suggestions
  • Buying intent scoring that ranks your leads as Hot (80+), Warm (50–79), or Cold (below 50) based on engagement signals
  • Campaign analytics to track acceptance rates, reply rates, and pipeline impact across every channel
LinkInList supports six outreach channels, all managed from a single platform:
  • LinkedIn — automated connection requests, follow-up message sequences, AI voice notes, and InMail
  • Email — personalized cold email sequences with deliverability management
  • WhatsApp — conversational outreach via WhatsApp Business numbers
  • Facebook — outreach through Facebook Pages and Facebook Messenger
  • Instagram — outreach through Instagram Business accounts and DMs
  • Meta Ads — targeted ad campaigns that complement your organic outreach sequences
You can run campaigns on a single channel or combine multiple channels into a coordinated outreach sequence. Channel settings and rate limits for each are managed under Settings → Channels.
LinkInList is built for any professional or team that uses digital channels for sales, marketing, or recruiting. The most common use cases are:
  • Sales teams and SDRs running outbound prospecting to book meetings with target accounts
  • Founders and solo operators building relationships with potential customers, investors, or partners
  • Recruiters sourcing passive candidates at scale without sacrificing personalization
  • Marketers and growth teams driving awareness and top-of-funnel engagement with key decision-makers across social and email channels
LinkInList works best when you have a defined ICP (ideal customer profile), a clear value proposition, and a basic understanding of who you’re trying to reach and why. The platform handles the scale and personalization; you bring the strategy.
LinkInList is designed with account safety as a first-class concern across all channels.LinkedIn: Every connected LinkedIn account operates through a dedicated residential proxy — a real IP address that makes your activity look like it’s coming from a consistent home or office location. New accounts go through an automatic warm-up period that gradually ramps up activity over 2–3 weeks to avoid triggering LinkedIn’s pattern-detection systems. This is handled automatically by LinkInList.Other channels (WhatsApp, Email, Facebook/Instagram): These channels have their own platform rate limits, which LinkInList respects and manages automatically. Standard platform rate limits apply and are configured per-channel under Settings → Channels. That said, no automation tool can guarantee zero risk. Your account safety also depends on how you configure and use the platform. Following the recommended daily limits and enabling message variation through AI personalization are the most important things you can do to protect your accounts. For a full breakdown of LinkedIn-specific safety best practices, see the LinkedIn Safety guide.
LinkInList works with both LinkedIn free accounts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts. However, the two have meaningfully different limits and capabilities:Free LinkedIn accounts:
  • Connection requests: approximately 20–30 per day
  • Messages to 1st-degree connections: approximately 50–80 per day
  • Limited InMail access
LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
  • Connection requests: approximately 100 per week (higher threshold)
  • InMail credits for reaching prospects you’re not connected with
  • Advanced search filters and lead recommendations
If you’re running high-volume LinkedIn outbound campaigns, Sales Navigator gives you more room to operate. If you’re running more targeted, relationship-focused outreach, a free account can work well within LinkInList’s safe defaults. In addition to LinkedIn account types, LinkInList also supports WhatsApp Business numbers, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and standard email providers — all connectable from Settings → Channels. For detailed LinkedIn limit guidance, see the LinkedIn Limits FAQ.
Yes — LinkInList is built for multi-account team use. You can connect multiple accounts across channels to a single LinkInList workspace and manage them from a shared dashboard. Each LinkedIn account runs through its own dedicated residential proxy, has its own warm-up schedule, and has its own campaign settings.Team accounts are priced at **99perLinkedInaccountpermonth.Soateamof5SDRseachrunningtheirownLinkedInoutreachwouldbe99 per LinkedIn account per month**. So a team of 5 SDRs each running their own LinkedIn outreach would be 495/month. There’s no additional charge for the shared workspace, unified inbox access, or analytics.
If you’re evaluating LinkInList for a team, each account gets a 7-day free trial. You can onboard one account first, validate the results, and then roll out to the full team.
By default, LinkInList sends messages automatically once a campaign is configured and live — that’s the core value of the platform. However, you have full control over how much autonomy the AI has:
  • Auto-send mode (default): AI generates personalized messages and sends them automatically according to your campaign schedule and daily limits.
  • Review mode: AI generates personalized messages but queues them for your approval before sending. You review each draft, make edits if needed, and approve or reject.
You can switch between modes at any time within your campaign settings. Review mode is recommended during your first campaign while you’re calibrating your AI personalization settings and getting comfortable with the output quality. All campaigns also have a pause-and-review trigger — if a prospect replies before a scheduled follow-up is sent, LinkInList automatically pauses that sequence so you can respond manually without doubling up.
LinkInList collects and stores the data necessary to run your campaigns and deliver the platform’s features. Here’s a plain-language breakdown:Your account credentials: Your login credentials for connected channels are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and are never exposed in plaintext in LinkInList’s systems or to LinkInList staff.Your campaign data: All campaign data — lead lists, message templates, sent history, replies — belongs to you. LinkInList does not sell this data to third parties and does not use it to train AI models.Prospect data: LinkInList enriches leads using publicly available profile and company data. We do not scrape or store private information beyond what is publicly visible.Usage and analytics data: Standard platform usage data (feature usage, session duration, error logs) is collected for product improvement purposes. If you have specific data processing or compliance questions, contact linkinlist.com/contact.
No. LinkInList is an independent software product with no affiliation, partnership, or endorsement relationship with LinkedIn Corporation or its parent company, Microsoft.“LinkedIn” is a registered trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. LinkInList uses LinkedIn’s platform through its standard web interface, the same way a human user would.Users are responsible for ensuring their use of LinkInList complies with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and User Agreement. LinkedIn’s policies on automation and third-party tools can change — we recommend reviewing the LinkedIn User Agreement periodically to stay informed.
LinkInList’s voice note feature lets you send personalized audio messages on LinkedIn by cloning your voice from a short recording. You record a 60–90 second sample of yourself speaking, and the AI uses that to generate new voice notes with personalized content for each prospect. The voice model is:
  • Created from your own voice recording
  • Stored securely and used only to generate voice notes within your campaigns
  • Never shared with other users or used to train general-purpose AI models
Voice notes tend to get significantly higher engagement than text messages in many outreach contexts — they feel more personal and are relatively rare in LinkedIn inboxes right now.For full setup instructions, see the Voice Notes feature guide.
If you cancel your LinkInList subscription, your account and all associated data — including campaign history, lead lists, message logs, and any stored credentials — are retained for 30 days after cancellation. This gives you time to export any data you want to keep. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from LinkInList’s systems. This deletion is irreversible. To export your campaign data before canceling, go to Settings → Data Export and download your data in CSV or JSON format.
If you’re canceling due to a technical issue or billing concern rather than a decision to stop using the platform, contact linkinlist.com/contact before canceling — we may be able to help resolve the issue without losing your data.
